Les is a retired financial manager who has extensive experience in banking, mortgage brokerage and corporate finance. He has an MBA from McGill University. Les began volunteering at JFLT in 1980.  He suspended his volunteer work with JFLT in 1985 when he moved to Montreal and then recommenced his involvement in 2016 after his return to Toronto. Since 2016, Les has served as Co-Chair of the Loan Committee and Chair of the Policy and Procedures Committee   His other volunteer experience includes serving on the executive and board of a synagogue.

Marra Messinger has been the Executive Director (ED) of Jewish Free Loan Toronto (JFLT) since July 4, 2014. In less than five years, she has succeeded in raising the profile of the Agency, attracting new supporters, cementing partnerships with other Community organizations and increasing loan numbers.  To all of her positions, Marra brings creativity, compassion and professionalism.
